Christopher Doyle
Published in 1997 exclusively in Japan, "Buenos Aires" is the renowned Australian cinematographer Christopher Doyle's photo and narrative diary of his experience in the making of Wong Kar Wai's Happy Together. The book documents Doyle’s daily experience on set and during the making of the film with both photos and written text by him. Christopher Doyle is an acclaimed cinematographer that has collaborated with renown Hong Kong second wave filmmaker Wong Kar Wai. The photo book offers intimate and rare glimpses into the behind-the-scenes experiences of Kar Wai and Doyle’s dreamy and visually stunning collaborative works.
