How were you scouted for the Gosha Rubchinskiy show?
I was scouted for his AW16 show in January through Instagram. I was in the process of moving to the UK to live anyway, so Paris was an easy stop on the way. Since then, I've been living in London and about a month before the show I received an email from the team asking if I wanted to be involved again for the SS17 show in Florence.
What's your favourite everyday outfit?
The best thing about the everyday outfit for me is that it doesn't adhere to a certain look. I like to vary what kind of silhouettes I wear and how I wear my clothes. That being said you'd be likely to see me in a t-shirt and some dickies, socks and either converse or vans. Some days i'll be in a bowling shirt, or a vest, or a work jacket.
What do you do when you feel inspired?
I'm inspired regularly, and when I am, I generally just come up with ideas for new projects. I might shop a little if I have some cashflow and find something interesting to spend it on. Otherwise I just try and convert that energy into the people around me as they're usually the ones inspiring me.
