What is your full name?
My full name is Helena Jozic (Duchess of Municipal Providence Sesvete East Gate of Zagreb - just kidding, I made up this part!).
Where were you born and where will you die?
I was born in a hospital in Zagreb (always wanted to be born in a submarine) and I will die jumping from the top of the Burj al Arab when my parachute doesn't open.
What kind of camera/timer do you use? Do you have a refined system by now?
I use Nikon 5300D with kit lens and I recently got Sigma 17-55mm f2.8 macro lens so I'm hoping to get a bit more creative with that addition. I can't say that I have a system at all. I'm using a tripod with one light source and I improvise with that to get my photos.
How long have you been interested in photography and self portraits in particular?
Art and photography are my interests since I can remember. That's why I went to high school for applied arts and am now finishing my college degree in Arts.
I started shooting self portraits just for fun because I wanted to experiment a bit with different makeup and hairstyles. It's been going about a year and a half that way now.
What color best describes your mood at this very moment?
As of this moment, as I'm writing this, I totally feel like merlot shade of red.
Maybe it's because I'm a bit drunk from the merlot that I'm drinking right now :)
Do you have a website?
I have many web sites in my room. At least from 3 different spider developers. But I don't have a website on the Internet, aside from my Instagram page.
I'm not very serious right now about my photography so I don't feel the need yet for a real personal website, but in some near future it's definitely an option I will consider.
