How did you get into styling?
I have to trace it back to growing up in Melbourne and helping my mother with her flea market stalls each weekend. This is where I started merchandising clothes considering their colours, style and grouping pieces together! It was then later on after high school when I started working at Perks and Mini’s store in Melbourne what I had access to brands like Bernhard Wilhelm, Undercover, PAM, Aries and so on! This happened around the same time as the internet blew up and I floated from tumblr to instagram. One thing led to another and I started to get in contact with likeminded creatives in Aus and started shooting!

What’s the one item of clothing you would never get rid of?
I get asked this a lot and my answer rarely changes. It has to be my Dries Van Noten coat from 2015.

What’s your earliest memory of fashion?
Trawling through op shops and markets to find quality vintage with my mother. It was these moments that taught me how to appreciate and approach colour / texture / style.

What do you find most and least exciting about fashion at the moment?
The internet. Both.

Whats the best advice you’ve ever been given?
I can’t remember the wording but basically “work really hard doing what you love some of the time so you don’t need to do something you don’t love all of the time”.
