Tell me about a creative project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant to you?
Taking all possibilities as in my ownself was for sure the biggest creative impulse I could ever do for myself. Understading that our personal fluctuates but our essence stays intact is as great as vomiting after drinking too much, it unclogs (laughs), and basically my projects come from this.
How would you identify your style, where do you usually go for inspiration/to buy clothing?
It definitely changes as much as my humor! I`ve been thrifting for 6 years now and being around mountains of clothes and shoes is an important part of my day, all the mold and the tiny spaces inspire and influences me to find a new representation of myself everyday. It`s like going to a chocolate factory (addicted to it btw), you really want to taste every single one of them, but lets say my style goes from Princesa trash Expulsa da Corte (Bastard trash Princess) and Funkeira Gospel (Gospel Funker).
Tell us about your city in Brazil, which kind of nights out and events do you attend with your friends?
I live in the center of the city where the streets are dirty, buildings are tall and you are small, where everyone can view but can`t see themselves, where the ˜cairpirinha˜ of the ˜green wall bar˜ costs 10 reais and I`m addicted to it, where there will always be a homeless person asking for money to buy his 5-reais-corote (famous affordable alcoholic drink). If we are not on the street, we are occupying and resisting to all the crossed and starring looks in spaces where even if apart from our daily reality, together, we keep shaking our asses and smashing our heads.
From Instagram you come across as an expressive person, do you like to dance? Twerk level beginner or pro?
I LOVE TO DANCE! I feel like a huge baby making awkward moves. I’m a professional on being a newbie.
How do you usually create the concepts for your Instagram videos? Does each one tell a particular story/portray your current mood?
It’s always abstract and figuring a straight line of thought is least important. Video performance is like a ritual: you take the ingredients, the place, the tools and throw your energy at it, the result is uncertain and it comes out after a while.
