After moving to Los Angeles in 2009, Kimberly quickly landed a Film Development internship with Marvel Entertainment before moving to Sony Pictures Television with Crackle/Sony Digital. In 2012 she leapt to Disruption Entertainment, Mary Parent’s production company under Paramount Pictures, where she was an Executive Assistant in Film Development. In 2014, Kimberly advanced to Production working on projects such as SyFy's The Expanse, Hulu's East Los High and is currently onboard Disney XD's animation series, Wander Over Yonder. She also writes, directs and produces films and various creative projects with her twin sister, Wendy, through their production company Duplicity Studios. Kimberly is a writer and director, film enthusiast, and photographer of her own creations.

I am mesmerized by the cinematic art form of photography and motion pictures and am always trying to expand my horizons in the medium. I have a long history (20 years!) of shooting film because of my father who taught me analog photography and cinematography since I was 8-years-old. With that background, I have been lucky enough to shoot my own Super 8, 8mm, and 16mm short films – which I still shoot today. Living in Los Angeles has always been a dream of mine, I am constantly photographing this city on 35mm, Polaroid or medium format film because there is always something that surprises me about the light here. It exposes something new to me all the time. I feel like I see this city the clearest when I look at it through a lens.
