American Artist Ted Larsen’s works are made from alternative and salvage materials, most usually materials like scrap metal. His body of work, while highly geometrical, still has a proprioceptive tinge to it.
The forms and shapes created in his works mimic natural movement, while simultaneously reducing it to a minimal form. His works, especially with his choice of non-standard materials, aim to reclaim and re-contextualize.
