Barbour International SS18
The Barbour International team went back to their roots and showed a preview of eight new spring looks in a Vynil factory in Soho featuring a “Barbour International Garage” backdrop. The biker references were very strong and the main elements of waxed cotton jackets took inspiration from the beginning of the brands history in 1936 through to 1964 when Steve McQueen wore his epic motorcycle jacket Barbour International during the International Six-Day Trials event in Germany as a member of the American motorcycling team. There was a limited colour palette of rich greens, navy blue, black, pale grey and turquoise. A collection of uncomplicated streetwear with an attitude.
