Hardeman’s ninth collection continues to dive deeper into conversations surrounding race, gender, sex, and class in an inclusive manner, creating a safe environment for genuine stories and perspectives to be told. Based in Amsterdam, Hardeman utilizes the iconic American love for denim and decontructs any preconceptions surrounding the material; fusing the comfortability of the known with unexpected aspects. Swaying from convention, and what we have known denim to be for decades in our wardrobes, this collection features jeans with elongated infinity-style zippers, and the traditional cowboy pant innovated with colored detailing. Titled “Love Harder” Hardeman is about more than the clothing she creates but the intention behind every piece she makes contributing to a benevolent future.
