Heliot Emil SS25
HELIOT EMIL’s SS25 collection, CULTURAL CONSTRUCT ARTIFICIAL LANDSCAPE, engages with the idea of nature versus human intervention. Drawing from Olafur Eliasson’s Riverbed installation, the collection translates the tactile qualities of volcanic landscapes into fabric textures and forms. The color palette echoes the elements—glacier white, volcanic black, and stone gray—invoking the raw power of Icelandic landscapes while maintaining HELIOT EMIL’s signature technicality.
The collaboration with ENCOR studio features a 100 cm electrochromic glass installation as the runway centerpiece, shifting transparency with electric currents to emphasize the tension between nature and artifice. Models walked the runway with wearable glass sculptures, blurring the line between fashion and conceptual art. Additionally, HELIOT EMIL unveils collaborative pieces with PUMA and STACCATO, integrating utilitarian sportswear design with sculptural footwear, creating a collection that speaks to both elegance and innovation in form.
