Warren Neidich

Warren Neidich is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and theorist who draws from fields such as neuroscience and sociology for his art. Neidich is especially interested in the brain’s functioning and process in perception and neuroaesthetics. His post-conceptual art deals with historical materialism, intellect, and the Theory of the Mind. His works include photography, noise installations, painting, and video.

Neidich has been awarded the Fulbright Special Program for Fine Arts both in 2013 and 2011. His works have been exhibited internationally in prominent museums such as the Studio Museum of Harlem, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and many more. His works have been covered by the New York Times, Artforum, and Flash Art Kunstforum International. He has served as a visiting artist at Harvard University, Princeton University’s School of Art and Architecture, Goldsmiths College in London, and countless more. Neidich currently works and resides in both Los Angeles and Berlin.
